With one single E-mail, I feel as if I’ve tapped into a mega-enterprise that likes to pay it forward. I’ve sent an E-mail to Food Network, which is home to some extremely popular shows (“30-Minute Meals,” “Iron Chef America,” “Ace of Cakes,” “Paula’s Home Cooking,” and “The Essence of Emeril,” to name a few).
Food Network is involved with a specific charity, Share Our Strength. Its mission is to help identify kids who are at-risk for going hungry, and providing them with nutritious food.
