They’ve captured the hearts of teeny-boppers everywhere. They’ve risen to the top with one of the most recognizable conglomerates in the world. They’ve made names for themselves in the in-crowd of young Hollywood.
They’re also three of the most generous celebrities out there. They’re the Joe Bros. At the ages of 22, 20 and 17, Kevin, Joe, and Nick love giving back, as do their fellow Disney stars.
Nick was diagnosed with diabetes at the age of 13. Since then, he has becoming a staunch advocate for diabetes research, and has even testified before the U.S. Senate, asking them to promote the allocation of more research funds.
He also partnered with Bayer Diabetes Care in 2008 as an ambassador.
Also last year, the Jonas Brothers teamed up with Miley Cyrus for a performance benefiting City of Hope, which exists to enhance the quality of life of children with cancer.
So, the bros are always giving a voice to kids with chronic conditions. Who knows? They may feel compelled to use their God-given gifts to help people with spina bifida.
It seems lately I am always getting a reply from some company or individual. Yesterday, I received a letter from the General Mills company. It began like the form letters I am now so used to receiving, but this one ended with: “Please be assured that we will share your thoughts with the appropriate individuals.”
Okay, maybe they respond that way to everyone, but simply including that statement obligates them to share my letter with someone in the chain of command.
