This has by far been one of the craziest months this year, if not of my entire life! I’ve gone from not having a chance in hell to go on a trip, to considering going on a trip, to actually going and already returning home from a dream trip!
So, forgive me if I still seem disoriented, distracted, and dreamy. I never thought Denver would be that cool.
In keeping with a “media outlet theme” I’ve got going on here, I’m reaching out to the Public Broadcasting Service (PBS). In my letter/E-mail/other form of communication, I hope to express to PBS what a critical, multi-fold social issue spina bifida is in the U.S., and also in many other parts of the world. I want to urge them to create a program or documentary that will inform people about the many secondary effects of spina bifida, and share with the public whatever information we have about this condition today.
That’s it for tonight. I hope you’re all having a happy, productive week, and– fingers crossed– let’s see where this goes!
